We’re looking for someone to take ownership of our content and actually drive growth. That means you’re not waiting around to be told what to film or what to post - you’re walking into the clinic, seeing moments in real time, and thinking, “this needs to be captured.” You’re naturally wired to tell stories, and more importantly, you know how to turn those stories into content that brings people through our doors.
At Synergy Chiropractic and Functional Neurology, we work with complex neurological cases, a lot of pediatric patients, and families who are looking for real answers. There are powerful stories happening here every single day. Your job is to recognize them, capture them, and turn them into content that is clear, compelling, and actually meaningful to the people watching.
This role blends videography, editing, strategy, and marketing. You’ll be filming in the clinic regularly, capturing both doctor-led education and real patient interactions (with consent), and building a library of content that reflects what we actually do. You’ll be responsible for editing your own footage, keeping in mind that short-form content is the priority for now - fast-paced, intentional, and engaging enough to stop someone mid-scroll. Clean edits, strong hooks, good pacing, captions that matter are our goals.
Beyond just creating content, you’ll also be thinking about how it performs. You’ll plan and execute our weekly content, manage posting across platforms, and pay attention to what’s working and what’s not. The goal isn’t just views or likes, it’s growth. We want content that educates, builds trust, and ultimately converts into new patients. You’ll also support marketing efforts by helping create ad content and aligning what you produce with the overall direction of the business.
We’re not looking for someone who needs constant direction or prefers to just edit pre-shot footage. This role is for someone who takes initiative, moves quickly, and is comfortable figuring things out without being micromanaged. You should already have a strong portfolio that shows not just your technical ability, but your ability to tell a story and create content that performs. If you’re used to waiting for perfect direction before starting, this probably won’t be a good fit.

Compensation for this role is a base salary between $40,000 and $60,000, with performance-based bonuses tied directly to growth metrics like leads, reach, and conversions. As we continue to grow, there is real opportunity to expand this role into leading the entire media and marketing side of the business.
