, expanding our digital presence through
educational podcast content and consistent social media distribution
.
Podcast production and editing are handled separately. This role focuses on
distribution, optimisation, and consistency
— turning high-quality content into sustained online visibility while keeping our clinical services clearly represented.
The Role
We are looking for a
reliable, organised Content Distribution & Social Media Lead
to manage the publishing and optimisation of podcast-led content across social platforms, alongside regular clinic and service-focused posts.
This is a
hands-on execution role
, ideal for someone who enjoys structure, consistency, and working within a regulated healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
Podcast Content Distribution

Publish and optimise short-form podcast clips across:

Instagram
-
TikTok
-
YouTube Shorts
-
Write platform-specific captions, hooks, and descriptions
-
Ensure correct formatting, hashtags, and posting cadence
Clinic & Service Visibility
-
Create and publish 2–3 weekly posts highlighting clinic services (e.g. GP services, diagnostics, procedures)
-
Translate medical services into clear, patient-friendly messaging
-
Maintain a balanced mix of podcast content and clinic visibility
Content Planning & Organisation

Maintain a simple weekly content calendar
-
Coordinate releases around podcast episodes and clinic priorities
-
Ensure content is scheduled and published consistently
Google Business Profile & Light Website Support

Draft weekly Google Business Profile posts
-
Write short blog summaries (300–500 words) based on podcast episodes
-
Flag website updates or gaps to the web support resource (no backend work required)
Performance Awareness
-
Monitor basic engagement metrics (reach, saves, comments)

Identify what content performs well and feed insights into future planning
-
No complex analytics or paid advertising required
What This Role Is NOT

Not podcast editing or video production

Not paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads)

Not SEO audits or backlink building
-
Not web development or design
-
Not an on-camera presenting role
Skills & Experience
-
Proven experience managing social media for brands, clinics, or content-led platforms
-
Strong writing skills for short-form and educational content
-
Experience working with
healthcare, education, or regulated sectors
preferred

Highly organised and reliable — able to meet schedules consistently
-
Comfortable working with Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
-
European / UK experience is a strong advantage
Time Commitment

20–25 hours per week

Some in-person weekly meetings in Dubai
Compensation

From 5000AED per month
, depending on experience
