About Us
We are a well-established private medical clinic based , London, with our marketing department in Dubai. We are expanding our digital presence through educational podcast content and consistent, credible social media distribution.
Podcast production and editing are handled separately. This role focuses on distribution, organisation, and visibility, ensuring content is published consistently and clinic services remain clearly represented online.
The Role
We are looking for a reliable, organised Content Distribution & Social Media Lead to manage the publishing, optimisation, and scheduling of podcast-led content across social platforms, alongside regular clinic and service-focused posts.
This is a hands-on execution role, not a strategy-only or paid-ads role. Consistency and follow-through are essential.
Key ResponsibilitiesPodcast Content Distribution
- Publish and optimise short-form podcast clips across:
- Instagram
- TikTok
- YouTube Shorts
- Write clear, platform-appropriate captions, hooks, and descriptions
- Apply correct formatting, hashtags, and posting schedules
- Maintain consistent weekly output
Clinic & Service Visibility
- Publish 1–2 weekly posts highlighting clinic services (e.g. GP services, diagnostics, procedures)
- Translate medical services into clear, patient-friendly messaging
- Ensure clinic visibility is maintained alongside podcast content
Content Planning & Organisation
- Maintain a simple weekly content calendar
- Coordinate posts around podcast releases and clinic priorities
- Ensure content is scheduled and published without reminders
Google Business Profile & Light Content Support
- Draft weekly Google Business Profile posts
- Write short blog summaries (300–500 words) based on podcast episodes
- Flag website content gaps to the web support resource (no backend work required)
Performance Awareness
- Monitor basic engagement metrics (reach, saves, comments)
- Identify which content performs best and share insights
- No advanced analytics or reporting required
What This Role Is NOT
- Not podcast editing or video production
- Not paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
- Not SEO audits or backlink building
- Not web development or design
- Not an on-camera or influencer role
Skills & Experience Required
- Proven experience managing social media accounts for brands or content-led projects
- Strong written English for captions and short-form educational content
- Comfortable working with healthcare, education, or regulated content
- Highly organised and dependable — able to meet schedules consistently
- Confident using Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
- European / UK experience is a strong advantage
Time Commitment
- 20–25 hours per week
- Part-time, hybrid
- Occasional in-person meetings in Dubai preferred
Compensation
- AED 5000 - 6,000 per month, depending on experience
- Reviewable over time based on performance and consistency
