Role Overview
The Content Distribution Intern will support the MCN team with day-to-day publishing, organizing, and optimizing content across digital platforms. This role is ideal for someone starting out in digital media who wants hands-on experience with content operations, creator workflows, and platform tools.
Roles & Responsibilities

• Content Uploads & Platform Support

• Upload and schedule videos across YouTube, Facebook/Meta, Instagram, and TikTok.

• Add and update metadata including titles, tags, descriptions, and thumbnails.

• Ensure content follows platform standards and basic compliance guidelines.

• Assist with multi-language uploads and formatting.

• Creator & Channel Support

• Help creators with upload steps, scheduling, and platform best practices.

• Support onboarding of new MCN partner channels with setup tasks.

• Conduct channel hygiene checks (playlists, descriptions, formatting consistency).

• Creative Coordination

• Coordinate with design/video teams for thumbnails, short edits, and required assets.

• Use CapCut/Canva/Photoshop for tasks like resizing, trimming, and text overlays, thumbnail designs.

• Ensure creative assets meet platform requirements and look consistent.

• Operations & Reporting

• Maintain internal trackers for uploads, schedules, and content status.

• Flag upload issues or content errors for quick resolution.

• Collect basic performance insights (views, reach, engagement) to support reporting.

Experience Required

• Basic familiarity with social platforms (YouTube, Meta, TikTok).

• Comfortable using CapCut for video editing and Canva for design; Adobe tools are a plus.

• Organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn operational workflows.

• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with teams and creators.

• Interest in digital media, social media, or content production, creation & distribution.

Pay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs30,000.00 per month
