We are building a content team that values clarity of thought, originality, and accuracy, supported (not replaced) by AI tools.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Content Editor who is comfortable working across both long-form and short-form content, and whose thinking and structure originate from their own understanding, with AI used only as a support tool for refinement, research, or efficiency.
This is a remote role, following a 10 AM – 8 PM, 6 days/week schedule.
Key Responsibilities- Content Creation & Editing
- Write, edit, and refine long-form content (blogs, guides, explainers, knowledge base articles).
- Create and edit short-form content (landing page copy, FAQs, emailers, in-product content, social captions).
- Ensure content is clear, structured, human-sounding, and conversion-focused.
- Translate medical and regulatory concepts into simple, user-friendly language.
Original Thinking + AI-Assisted Execution
- Develop content outlines, arguments, and narratives independently, based on understanding and intent — not AI-generated drafts.
- Use AI tools responsibly for support tasks such as grammar checks, ideation prompts, summaries, or SEO assistance.
- Maintain a strong editorial eye to ensure content does not sound generic, templated, or machine-written.
SEO & Content Optimization
- Optimize content for SEO using keyword research, internal linking, and on-page best practices.
- Work closely with SEO and marketing teams to improve rankings, CTR, and engagement.
Editorial Quality & Consistency
- Proofread and quality-check all content for grammar, tone, accuracy, and consistency.
- Ensure adherence to brand voice, medical accuracy, and compliance standards.
Planning & Collaboration
- Contribute to editorial calendars and content planning.
- Coordinate with SEO, design, product, and support teams for timely delivery.
Required Skills, Qualifications and Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in content writing and editing.
- Demonstrated experience handling both long-form and short-form content.
- Prior exposure to healthcare, digital platforms, or regulated industries is a plus.
Core Skills
- Excellent command of English grammar, structure, and clarity.
- Ability to think independently and structure content logically.
- Strong understanding of SEO-driven content.
- Familiarity with WordPress or similar CMS platforms.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
