Content Editor

We are hiring a Content Editor who ensures that every piece of content aligns with strategy, meets quality standards, and delivers measurable SEO value.

This role goes beyond basic proofreading. You will be responsible for planning content execution, guiding writers, and ensuring that all deliverables are aligned with SEO objectives set by the SEO Manager. Your work directly impacts content performance, ranking potential, and overall brand credibility.

What You Will Be Responsible For:

Content Research

Conduct in-depth research to support high-quality, relevant, and competitive content creation.

Execution Planning

Plan how content strategies will be executed and ensure writers clearly understand requirements, structure, and expectations.

Team Guidance & Coordination

Ensure writers follow SEO guidelines, content frameworks, and defined standards throughout the writing process.

Content Review & Verification

Check and verify all content to ensure it meets quality benchmarks, SEO requirements, and intended objectives.

Content Auditing & Feedback

Audit content for performance, structure, clarity, and optimization, and provide actionable feedback to writers for continuous improvement.

Final Quality Check & Submission

Validate completed content and coordinate with SEO Managers before final approval to ensure readiness for success.

What Makes You a Strong Fit

• 3+ years of in-house content editing or SEO content experience
• Strong understanding of SEO content structure, keyword placement, and user intent alignment
• Ability to manage writers and enforce content standards consistently
• Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality and accuracy
• Strong communication skills for delivering clear and constructive feedback

Mandatory Pre-Requisites

• Must have minimum 3+ years of in-house job experience
• (Remote or freelance experience will NOT be counted toward total experience)
• Must have experience working with SEO-driven content strategies
• Must be able to demonstrate how you ensure content quality, accuracy, and alignment with SEO goals

Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Alternate Saturdays)
Job Type: Full-Time (On-Site)
Location: Model Town, Lahore

Pay: Up to Rs100,000.00 per month
