Content Engage Specialist

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
• Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into sales opportunities.
• Research and write engaging blogs and social media contents that align with our brand voice and audience interests
• Collaborate with the content team to brainstorm and develop new topics and ideas
• Assist in managing our editorial calendar to ensure timely publication of content
• Incorporate feedback from senior team members to enhance writing skills and content quality
• Monitor and analyze blog / content performance and generate active leads from them.
