CONTENT EXECUTIVE

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Content Executive to join our team.

In this role, you will help ideate and plan content for social media, working closely

with content creators, influencers, and clients to deliver high-quality content that

aligns with our clients' brand goals. You will be responsible for developing content

strategies, managing shoots, writing engaging captions, and analyzing

performance data to continuously improve our social media presence.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in Creating Monthly Content Plans: Support the Content Manager in

developing monthly content calendars tailored to each client’s unique

needs and objectives, ensuring relevance and engagement.

  • Post Content: Schedule and publish content across multiple social media

platforms, ensuring timely and consistent delivery.

  • Plan and Organize Shoots: Coordinate and manage photoshoots and video

productions, from pre-planning to final execution.

  • Collaborate with Content Creators: Work with scriptwriters, videographers,

and other creatives to ensure content is of the highest quality, aligned with

the client’s vision.

  • Write Captions: Craft compelling, on-brand captions that resonate with

target audiences and encourage interaction.

  • Story Coverage: Provide live coverage and real-time updates on Instagram

Stories or other social media platforms for events, launches, and other

activities.

  • Identify Trends: Stay on top of social media trends, emerging topics, and

industry news to keep content fresh and engaging.

  • Collect Social Data: Gather social media data and organize it in a clear,

presentable format for review.

  • Influencer Collaboration: Identify and engage with influencers relevant to

clients’ industries to build relationships and drive impactful collaborations.

  • Work in an Integrated Environment: Collaborate closely with writers,

designers, planners, and digital media teams to create cohesive and

integrated content that aligns with the brand and media strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • Proficiency in English and Arabic, both spoken and written, with the ability to

tailor messaging effectively across languages.

  • Proven experience in social media content creation and management.

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook,

TikTok, etc.).

  • Excellent written communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

  • Creative mindset with the ability to adapt to evolving trends.



Preferred:

  • Experience with Banking/Financial Institutions or Fintech: Familiarity with the

tone, industry practices, and content needs for clients in these sectors.

  • Pitching Experience: Proven ability to pitch creative ideas to clients and

internal teams, bringing fresh and innovative concepts to the table.

  • Content Creation: Ability to shoot and edit basic content for Instagram

Stories, TikTok, and other short-form media.

  • Graphic Design Knowledge: Understanding of basic graphic design tools and

principles to enhance social media visuals (experience with tools like Canva,

Adobe Spark, etc.)
