About the Role

We’re looking for a detail-obsessed Content Executive to own and elevate our e-commerce product listings. This role goes beyond basic catalog management. You’ll be responsible for turning standard product data into high-performing, A++ listings that are accurate, consistent, and conversion-focused.

You’ll work closely with tech, design, and marketing teams to ensure every product page meets platform standards, brand guidelines, and customer expectations. If you have a sharp eye, strong logic, and care deeply about how products are presented online, this role is for you.


Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end product content across e-commerce catalogs. Titles, descriptions, specifications, images, attributes, and variations.
  • Convert raw or average listings into A++ quality content that improves clarity, trust, and conversion.
  • Audit catalogs regularly to identify gaps, errors, inconsistencies, or non-compliant content and fix them fast.
  • Optimize product titles and descriptions for readability, search, and platform best practices without fluff or keyword stuffing.
  • Ensure product images meet quality, format, and branding standards, and coordinate improvements where needed.
  • Work closely with tech, design, marketing, and operations teams to resolve content issues and maintain smooth workflows.
  • Maintain high accuracy across large catalogs with strong attention to detail, even under tight timelines.
  • Stay updated with e-commerce content standards, marketplace guidelines, and industry best practices.
  • Learn new tools, dashboards, and CMS systems quickly and apply them efficiently in daily work.


Requirements

  • Strong eye for detail with the ability to spot even minor content issues before they go live.
  • Solid understanding of e-commerce content and catalog management.
  • Proven ability to transform basic listings into high-quality, conversion-ready product pages.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and take ownership.
  • Good product sense and the ability to understand features, benefits, and customer intent.
  • Fast learner who adapts easily to new tools, platforms, and processes.
  • Clear communicator and a reliable team player who collaborates well across functions.
