Job Summary:
The Graphic Designer – Training Content will be responsible for creating visually engaging and learner-centric cybersecurity and cybercrime prevention training materials. The role involves designing graphics, multimedia, and interactive e-learning content in collaboration with subject matter experts and the training team. The incumbent will ensure high visual quality, branding consistency, and instructional effectiveness across all materials, while continuously improving content based on learner feedback and training outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop clear, concise, and visually engaging content for cybersecurity and cybercrime prevention training programs.
- Design visually appealing graphics for training materials, including presentations, manuals, guides, infographics, and e-learning modules.
- Create engaging multimedia content such as animations, videos, and interactive learning elements.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to design and develop training modules aligned with defined learning objectives.
- Work closely with the training team to design user-friendly and accessible e-learning courses across multiple platforms.
- Ensure consistency in branding, design standards, and instructional quality across all training materials.
- Support continuous improvement of content based on learner feedback and training outcomes.
Skills & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any stream from a recognized university/institution.
- Degree or background in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia Design, Communication Design, Fine Arts, or related field; or equivalent professional certifications.
- Certification in Graphic Design from recognized institutions (e.g., Adobe Certified Expert – ACE); certifications or coursework in e-learning design and development preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in education, training, or corporate environments.
- Proven experience in designing training and learning materials such as presentations, manuals, guides, infographics, and e-learning modules.
- Hands-on expertise with graphic design and multimedia tools (Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent).
- Experience or understanding of UX design / Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) principles.
- Strong creativity, attention to detail, and ability to translate complex concepts into engaging visual content.
- Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
