Role Overview
We are looking for an AI Content POD Head to lead and scale an AI-driven creative pod. This role will own AI workflows, prompt frameworks, productivity tracking, output timelines, and experimentation calendars across content, design, and video.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage an AI Content POD across copy, design, and video
• Build and standardise prompt templates and AI workflows
• Track productivity, output quality, and delivery timelines
• Drive experimentation with AI tools to improve creative efficiency and output

Qualifications & Experience

• 7–10+ years of experience leading creative teams in an agency or brand environment
• Strong exposure to managing multi-format creative deliverables
• Hands-on understanding of Gen AI tools and their application in creative processes

This role may also be referred to as AI Content Head, Creative Lead, Creative Director, Content Head, Creative Operations Lead, Gen AI Creative Lead, Agency Creative Lead, or AI Marketing Lead.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 11 months

Pay: ₹27,725.17 - ₹82,813.39 per month
