Content Management & AI Analyst Senior

For roles that are 100% remote or hybrid, you must have access to a reliable high-speed internet connection to support daily job responsibilities. A minimum bandwidth of 50 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload is required. Role Overview

The Content Management and AI Analyst Senior is a senior individual contributor role that supports proposal writers and proposal teams through content management, knowledge library support, AI agent writing enablement, and proposal archive maintenance. This role helps ensure proposal teams can efficiently find, use, maintain, and govern approved content, historical RFx materials, and knowledge assets across the business development lifecycle. The Content Management and AI Analyst Sr. supports the functional area responsible for proposal content management, knowledge library governance, AI-enabled content retrieval, and post-award knowledge capture. The role works closely with Proposal Management, Proposal Writing, Production, Market Entry, SMEs, and KM/AI stakeholders to improve proposal quality, consistency, reuse, and readiness.

  • This is a 100% Remote position but we prefer you live in EST or CST time zones

Responsibilities

Content knowledge management and lifecycle governance

  • Maintain the proposal Knowledge Library and related content repositories used across RFx development
  • Classify, tag, organize, and update approved content so it is searchable, current, and aligned to business needs and reuse priorities
  • Apply standards for metadata, naming conventions, version control, retention, and retirement of outdated or superseded materials
  • Support refresh cycles for high-value content with SMEs, proposal leaders, and business partners to maintain accuracy and usability
  • Identify stale, duplicative, or incomplete content and recommend updates, archival, or retirement actions

AI agent writing and writer enablement

  • Prepare and curate approved content sets for AI agents and related KM/AI tools to support safe, useful writer enablement
  • Apply metadata conventions, content inclusion standards, and retrieval-support practices that improve output quality and reduce use of stale, duplicate, or unapproved content
  • Support prompt/content curation, source selection, and testing activities for AI-enabled writing workflows
  • Partner with AI, knowledge management, and writing stakeholders to validate outputs against approved source materials and historical proposal content
  • Help ensure AI-enabled workflows complement proposal quality, compliance, and human review requirements

Proposal content operations and repository maintenance

  • Support day-to-day content operations for proposal teams, including content intake, organization, posting, updating, and retrieval support within approved repositories
  • Help maintain file structure consistency, archive handoff readiness, and repository organization standards that improve usability and reuse
  • Monitor content-location issues, missing assets, and repository gaps, and coordinate resolution with the appropriate content, archive, or systems owners
  • Help maintain documentation, controls, and process support materials related to content management and archive activities
  • Serve as a practical resource for writers and proposal teams using content repositories and knowledge assets

Proposal history, RFx archive, and post-award knowledge capture

  • Capture, organize, and maintain proposal history and RFx archive materials following each opportunity
  • Ensure final submissions, redacted files, scoring, scoring analysis, competitor proposals, proposal promises, investments, and related artifacts are requested, posted, linked, and maintained in the appropriate repositories
  • Maintain archive records that support future lookbacks, content reuse, competitor analysis, protest support, and strategic planning
  • Help ensure post-award capture processes are timely, standardized, and usable by proposal managers, writers, strategists, and enablement teams

Writer onboarding, training, and content-use adoption

  • Develop and maintain quick-reference guides, job aids, process notes, and training materials that help writers and proposal users navigate content libraries and AI-supported tools
  • Provide practical support to new and existing users on how to locate approved content, use knowledge resources appropriately, and follow repository standards
  • Reinforce consistent content-use practices, archive discipline, and search best practices across the writer community
  • Support continuous improvement efforts that improve searchability, content reuse, process consistency, and overall user adoption

Education and Experience

  • Associate’s Degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, Health Care Administration, Public Health, or related field required
  • Bachelor’s Degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, Health Care Administration, Public Health, or related field required
  • Three (3) or more yearsof progressive Medicaid experience in one or more o the following areas:
    • proposal writing
    • content or knowledge management
    • proposal operations or proposal support.

Other Skills

  • Strong understanding of content lifecycle management, version control, archive practices, repository usability, and content governance practices.
  • Experience organizing, tagging, and maintaining content for retrieval and reuse.
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled content tools, retrieval workflows, prompt/content curation, or related KM/AI applications preferred.
  • Strong written communication and editing skills, with the ability to support writers through clear, practical guidance.
  • High attention to detail and sound judgment with sensitive business, competitive, and proposal-related content.
  • Strong organizational, operational, and project-management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively across proposal, writing, production, strategy, SME, and technical teams.
  • Experience supporting deadline-driven teams with complex content repositories and high volumes of documentation
  • Experience supporting writers, proposal teams, or other content-heavy business functions preferred.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience supporting Medicaid managed care, government procurements, or other highly regulated proposal environments; writing experience preferred but not required.
  • Experience with proposal archives, post-award document capture, scoring repositories, and historical content libraries.
  • Familiarity with RFx content reuse practices, structured proposal workflows, and controlled-content environments.
  • Experience supporting adoption of AI tools in a business-oriented writing or content environment.
