The Role
Guildhall is seeking a highly skilled Content Manager for our client, a leading real estate developer in the UAE specializing in premium neo-luxury residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, curating, and managing premium content that reflects a neo-luxury identity, supports, and enhances brand visibility in the competitive real-estate market. Key Responsibilities: * Content Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with the company's business goals and target audience. This includes creating an editorial calendar to plan and schedule content across all channels. * Content Creation & Curation: Oversee or personally produce high-quality, engaging content, including property descriptions, blog posts, articles, press releases, email campaigns, and marketing materials like brochures. They also manage the creation of visual assets, such as professional photos, videos, and virtual tours. * SEO Optimization: Ensure all content is optimized for search engines (SEO) by using relevant keywords and following best practices to improve organic traffic and visibility of property listings. * Channel Management: Manage content distribution across various online channels, including the company website, blogs, and social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube, to maximize reach and engagement. * Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze content performance metrics (e.g., website traffic, engagement rates, conversions) using analytics tools like Google Analytics, and use data-driven insights to refine future strategies. * Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, design, and web development, to ensure consistent messaging and support lead generation efforts. * Brand Management: Maintain the company's brand voice, style, and identity across all content deliverables to ensure consistency and a professional image in the competitive real estate market.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in content creation and content management, preferably within the real estate, luxury lifestyle, or premium brand sectors. * Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills are crucial for effective storytelling. * Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress, SEO best practices and tools, and social media platforms. * A creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and stay updated on industry trends and market dynamics. * Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
