We are looking for a skilled and creative Content Manager to build and optimize content across our website and digital touchpoints. The focus is to create high-quality, SEO-driven content that strengthens our brand presence, educates customers, and drives conversions. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with Surfer SEO, ChatGPT, SEMRush, Ahrefs, Ubersuggest, MOZ, along with deep knowledge of keywords, SERP mechanics, and SEO-based content development.
Key Responsibilities
- Write engaging and conversion-centric content
- Optimize content using Surfer SEO, ChatGPT, and other SEO/analysis tools.
- Conduct keyword research to identify high-intent and relevant content opportunities
- Create keyword-rich headlines and descriptions aligned with search intent.
- Perform keyword research and competitive benchmarking using SEMRush, Ahrefs, Ubersuggest, MOZ, etc.
- Develop and maintain a content calendar aligned with SEO goals, trends, launches, and brand storytelling.
- Build and manage a content calendar aligned with launches, seasonality, SEO goals, and brand storytelling.
- Ensure strong on-page SEO (meta tags, headers, keyword positioning, internal linking, etc.).
- Support off-page SEO through link-worthy content and outreach suggestions.
- Track keyword rankings and SERP performance to constantly refine content strategy.
- Monitor SERP trends, track keyword rankings, and optimize content accordingly.
- Upload, structure, and maintain content on WordPress and Shopify CMS.
- Work closely with design, performance marketing, product development, and brand teams to maintain tone, voice, and messaging consistency.
- Prepare weekly SEO reports with insights, trends, and actionable recommendations.
Required Skills & Experience
- At least 3 years of experience in content writing/content management with strong SEO exposure.
- Hands-on expertise with Surfer SEO, ChatGPT / AI-based content tools, SEMRush, Ahrefs, Ubersuggest, MOZ
- Strong understanding of Keyword targeting and ranking factors, Keyword density and content optimization, on-page & off-page SEO techniques.
- Proficiency in publishing content in WordPress and Shopify
- Fluent and strong command of English — written and verbal.
- Experience in Beauty & Personal Care industry content writing is highly preferred.
- Ability to create content that reflects customer needs and influences purchase decisions.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Ads insights.
- Understanding of conversion copywriting and consumer psychology.
