About the Role

We are seeking a talented Content Manager to develop and execute our content strategy with a strong focus on UGC, video production, and agency management . The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging, on-brand content that drives awareness, engagement, and lead generation while supporting internal teams with their daily execution needs.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage a comprehensive content strategy across digital channels (social media, campaigns, UGC, and video).
  • Lead the creation of high-quality, engaging content aligned with brand voice and objectives.
  • Collaborate with design, marketing, and product teams to support campaign execution.
  • Manage the editorial calendar and oversee content production timelines.
  • Coordinate with agencies, freelancers, and external creators as needed.
  • Ensure consistency of tone, style, and messaging across all content.
  • Develop and adapt creative assets such as landing pages, CRM campaigns, ads, and event materials.
  • Translate business requirements into visually compelling content aligned with brand standards.
  • Coordinate stakeholder feedback loops to ensure assets meet expectations.
  • Stay current on content and industry trends while proactively suggesting improvements.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously without compromising quality.


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in content strategy, production, or digital marketing.
  • Agency background is strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical skills.
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Creative, proactive, and adaptable team player with strong communication skills.
