About Us:

At Digitalzone, we're redefining the future of demand generation by innovating processes that create value for our clients and foster zero-waste strategies. We are looking for a dedicated Content Manager that leads the strategy, creation, and execution of Digitalzone's core campaign content. This includes long-form assets-such as reports, guides, articles, and blogs-as well as all promotional and advertising copy across campaigns. The ideal candidate blends strategic thinking, creative storytelling, and data-driven insight to shape Digitalzone's voice in the demand generation space.

This role works hands-on with Design and Digital teams to bring campaigns to life, and partners closely with Marketing Solutions to ensure sales collateral maintains consistent tone, clarity, and brand alignment.

Key Responsibilities:

Content StrategyDevelopment

  • Lead the creation of core campaign assets including reports, guides, articles, and blogs.
  • Transform performance data, market trends, and buyer insights into compelling narratives and differentiated POVs.
  • Develop content plans that support campaign goals, audience needs, and brand positioning.
  • Manage content from ideation through final delivery with attention to accuracy and quality.

InsightsData-Driven Storytelling

  • Analyze industry trends, campaign metrics, and buyer behavior data to identify new content opportunities.
  • Generate fresh ideas and thought leadership angles rooted in data and research.
  • Create insights-driven reports and content that strengthen Digitalzone's market authority.

Promotional CopywritingCampaign Support

  • Write all promotional and advertising copy across channels, including email, paid media, landing pages, and social.
  • Ensure messaging is clear, compelling, and optimized for engagement and conversion.
  • Collaborate with Design to bring content concepts to life through strong copy–visual integration.

Brand AlignmentSales Support

  • Support the development of sales collateral (case studies, one-pagers, pitch materials) by ensuring tone, messaging, and narrative align with brand.
  • Partner with Marketing Solutions to maintain consistent editorial standards across all client-facing content.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Digital Marketing on SEO, content optimization, and distribution strategies.
  • Work with internal subject matter experts to extract insights and build authoritative content.
  • Align content workflows and timelines with broader campaign planning.

Basic Qualifications

  • 4–6+ years in content marketing, editorial, or demand gen-focused writing roles.
  • Strong ability to turn data and insights into compelling stories and long-form content.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills with experience across channels and formats.
  • Proven track record of developing research-driven or thought leadership content.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Highly collaborative and comfortable working with different cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with SEO, content analytics, and B2B demand generation is a plus.
