We are looking for a proactive and research-driven Content Manager who will be responsible for identifying new and relevant courses, developing content strategies, and implementing these courses into the existing curriculum. The role requires close collaboration with academic, instructional design, and delivery teams to ensure high-quality, industry-aligned learning programs.

  • Research and identify new course opportunities based on industry trends, market demand, learner needs, and emerging skills
  • Analyze competitors, certifications, and global education trends to recommend new curriculum additions
  • Design and update curriculum frameworks for new and existing courses
  • Coordinate with subject matter experts (SMEs), trainers, and instructional designers to develop course content
  • Ensure smooth implementation of new courses into the current curriculum structure
  • Review, revise, and optimize existing content to maintain relevance and quality
  • Define learning objectives, course outlines, and assessment methods
  • Ensure content aligns with organizational standards, learning outcomes, and compliance requirements

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
