Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and trend-savvy Content Manager – Social Media to lead our brand’s presence across social platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of platform-specific content, audience behavior, and storytelling that drives engagement, growth, and brand recall.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and execute the social media content strategy across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms
• Plan and manage the monthly social media content calendar
• Create, curate, and oversee high-quality content including reels, carousels, posts, stories, and captions
• Collaborate with design, video, influencer, and performance marketing teams
• Ensure brand voice, tone, and visual consistency across all social channels
• Stay updated with trends, memes, platform updates, and viral formats
• Track and analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, growth) and optimize content accordingly
• Manage community engagement including comments, DMs, and brand interactions
• Coordinate with influencers and creators for content collaborations

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• 2+ years of experience managing social media content for a brand or agency
• Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and short-form video trends
• Excellent copywriting skills with platform-specific tone
• Experience with content planning and scheduling tools
• Basic understanding of analytics and performance tracking
• Strong creative thinking and execution skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in D2C, beauty, wellness, lifestyle, or consumer brands
• Hands-on experience with reels, short-form videos, and creator content
• Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Later, or Sprout

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
