Content Manager

Location: Tampa, Florida (Local candidates only)(In-person)

Schedule: Full-Time (Monday-Friday)

We are seeking an experienced, creative, and highly motivated Content Manager to the CEO to help build and scale a high-quality personal brand and company presence across social media platforms.

This is a hands-on role working directly with the CEO — capturing real-time organic content and producing scripted, high-quality content designed to educate, engage, and grow a strong audience.

This is an in-person role based in our Tampa office, with occasional local and limited travel (travel expenses covered).

Responsibilities

• Ideate and plan content strategies, creative concepts, and trending topics
• Write scripts and content outlines for short-form and long-form video
• Film high-quality organic and scripted content (in-office, on-site, and during travel when needed)
• Edit professional-level video content optimized for social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, etc.)
• Create and manage content calendars and posting schedules
• Post content and assist with managing social media channels
• Maintain consistent brand voice, quality, and engagement standards

Requirements (Please Read Carefully)

Applicants must have:

• Proven experience shooting and editing video content (portfolio required)
• Experience managing and posting content on social media platforms
• Strong understanding of social media trends, engagement strategies, and storytelling
• Ability to independently ideate creative content concepts and scripts
• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Experience growing social media accounts organically

Location & Travel

• Must be located in the Tampa, FL area
• Occasional travel with CEO (local and limited out-of-town; expenses paid)
