Content Manager & Social Media Producer (Soccer Podcast)

The Kickback FC is a growing soccer podcast and media platform covering the biggest stories in global and domestic football. Our show focuses on discussions around the , the , and the .

We combine weekly analysis of the biggest football stories with interviews featuring players, coaches, and voices across the game. Our goal is to grow The Kickback FC into a leading digital soccer media brand.

We are looking for a Content Manager & Social Media Producer who will help manage our day-to-day digital presence and grow our audience across social platforms.

This role combines social media management, graphic design, and content organization to help turn our podcast episodes into engaging daily content.

This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about soccer and digital media who wants to help build a growing sports platform.

Social Media Management

• Manage and schedule posts across Instagram, TikTok, Twitter/X, and YouTube Shorts

• Write captions and optimize posts for engagement

• Monitor trends in soccer media and react to major news stories

• Track social media analytics and suggest growth strategies

Graphic Design

• Create quote graphics from podcast discussions and guest interviews

• Design social graphics around major soccer news and storylines

• Create guest announcement graphics and episode promotions

• Maintain a consistent visual brand across all platforms

Content Planning

• Build and maintain a weekly social media content calendar

• Organize podcast clips and highlight moments from episodes

• Identify and repurpose clips from past interviews and episodes

• Align content with relevant soccer events (matchdays, tournaments, etc.)

Platform Growth

• Help develop ideas to grow the podcast audience

• Identify viral moments from episodes for social media clips

• Help create recurring content series (player spotlights, debates, quotes, etc.)

Qualifications

• Passion and strong knowledge of soccer

• Familiarity with MLS, Premier League, and women’s soccer

• Experience managing social media accounts or digital communities

• Basic graphic design experience (Canva, Adobe, or similar tools)

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and manage content deadlines

Bonus:

• Experience working with podcasts or sports media

• Video editing experience

• Understanding of social media growth strategies

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $200.00 - $300.00 per month
