We run two creative workspaces for Boston's music community: 20 professional studios at 960 Mass Ave in Boston, and a 35,000 sq ft creative hub with 400+ businesses at 55 Morrissey in Dorchester. We charge $10–80/hour for studio time when the market rate is $100+. We've done this for 15 years. We're infrastructure, not charity.
We need someone who can make the content that tells TRC's story. You'll create graphics, edit videos, write copy, and produce the assets that go on our social media, website, newsletters, and everywhere else people see us. This isn't a strategy role—it's a production role. You're the person who opens Adobe Creative Cloud every day and makes stuff that looks professional, sounds like us, and gets people to care.
You'll work closely with our team to understand what needs to be communicated, then you'll figure out how to say it visually and in writing. Sometimes that's a killer Instagram carousel. Sometimes it's a 60-second video showing what happens inside a studio session. Sometimes it's the newsletter that goes out to 3,000 people. You make it happen.
