We’re now looking for a creative Content Marketer to tell our story, engage our audience, and amplify our brand across multiple platforms.

What You’ll Do

• Content Creation & Storytelling: Write blogs, case studies, newsletters, whitepapers, LinkedIn posts that highlight our services, culture, and tech expertise.
• Social Media & Video Content: Ideate and create engaging reels, short-form videos, memes, and culture snippets that showcase life at F22 Labs.
• Campaign & Strategy: Build and own a content calendar aligned with marketing campaigns, product launches, and industry events.
• Brand Building: Shape F22 Labs’ voice across platforms ensuring consistency in tone, visuals, and messaging.
• Collaboration: Work closely with tech and marketing teams to translate complex ideas into relatable stories.
• Experiment & Innovate: Spot new content opportunities (AI tools, podcasts, tech trends, events coverage) and test creative formats.

What We’re Looking For

• A graduate degree in any stream.
• Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a flair for simplifying complex ideas.
• Creative eye for visuals + comfort with tools like Canva, Figma, and video editing software.
• Hands-on experience with social media platforms, content scheduling, and CMS.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and analytics to measure impact.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-driven.
• A natural curiosity about tech, startups, and culture with the ability to turn them into engaging narratives.

Bonus Points If You Have

• Covered/attended tech events and know how to distill them into shareable insights.
• Played around with AI tools (yes, we love ChatGPT users!).
• A sense of humor and love for creating relatable office memes.
