We’re hiring: Content Marketer (Middle East)


Location: Dubai, UAE

Work closely with a global team


Shveta Labs is a science-led wellness and personal care brand expanding in the Middle East. We’re looking for a mid-level Content Marketer based in Dubai to help localize our global brand story for regional audiences.

This role sits at the intersection of global brand strategy and local cultural nuance .


What you’ll do

  • Localize global marketing assets for the Middle East market (social media, website, blog, campaigns)
  • Adapt messaging for English and Arabic audiences while staying true to brand voice
  • Create region-specific content where needed (social captions, short-form copy, blog content)
  • Work closely with the global marketing team on campaigns and launches
  • Review or support Arabic content to ensure quality, accuracy, and relevance
  • Track basic performance metrics and refine content based on local insights


What we’re looking for

  • 3–6 years of experience in content or digital marketing
  • Prior experience working in Dubai or the UAE market
  • Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken)
  • Strong copywriting and editing skills
  • Good understanding of Middle East consumer and social media trends
  • Comfortable collaborating with global teams across time zones


Nice to have

  • Experience in wellness, beauty, or science-led brands
  • Exposure to SEO, CMS platforms, or agency collaboration
