We are seeking a Content Marketing Architect to design and execute a cohesive content strategy that drives engagement, brand awareness, and conversions. You will oversee content planning, creation, and distribution across multiple channels to ensure consistent messaging and maximum impact.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Plan and oversee content creation for blogs, social media, email, videos, webinars, and other digital channels.
  • Collaborate with creative, design, and marketing teams to produce high-quality, on-brand content.
  • Ensure all content is optimized for SEO, audience engagement, and lead generation.
  • Track content performance, analyze engagement metrics, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Manage a content calendar, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with campaigns.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, content marketing best practices, and emerging channels.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in content marketing, digital marketing, or brand storytelling.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
  • Knowledge of SEO, social media algorithms, and content distribution strategies.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate content performance into actionable insights.

Bonus Points For

  • Experience with video, podcast, or interactive content creation.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress or HubSpot.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation and analytics tools to track content performance.
