About Us

We’re a small but growing business creating products for the sim racing and gardening markets. We sell online through multiple platforms and are building a strong brand through social media, content creation, and e-commerce.

Position Overview

We are looking for a Marketing assistant to support our content and marketing efforts. This is a paid, part-time position (30–40 hours per week) with the potential to transition into a full-time role.

Responsibilities

• Create short-form content for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
• Shoot product videos, behind-the-scenes, and workflow content
• Take product photos and lifestyle images for website and social media
• Edit photos (lighting, color correction, cleanup) for marketing use
• Edit videos using tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar
• Write captions, titles, and basic marketing copy
• Assist with content scheduling and posting
• Organize media files and content library
• Research trends and suggest content ideas

Qualifications

• Experience with content creation (photo and/or video)
• Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
• Basic editing skills (photo + video)
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills (not required)

• Experience with Canva or Adobe Illustrator
• Photography or videography knowledge
• Familiarity with social media trends
• Experience in sim racing or gardening
• Photo/video editing

Details

• Location: Newark, NJ
• Hours: 30 – 40 per week, flexible schedule
• Compensation: Starting 18 per hour depending on experience.
• Growth: Potential for full-time hire based on performance
