We’re seeking a video-first Content Marketing Manager to help tell the story of the Vega Artificial Intelligence across LinkedIn, YouTube, X, our newsletters, web search, AI-powered discovery, and other high-visibility channels.
This is a highly visible role for someone who is comfortable being on camera, creating short-form and long-form video content, conducting interviews, and turning complex ideas into clear, engaging stories. Reporting to the CEO, you will help make Vega one of the most visible and trusted AI companies in the financial advisory industry.
You will own a steady publishing cadence across video, written content, and multimedia assets, with a strong emphasis on executive thought leadership, customer stories, educational content, and brand-building content.
Responsibilities
Video & on-camera content
- Create and publish a high volume of video content across LinkedIn, YouTube, X, and other relevant channels.
- Serve as an on-camera brand storyteller when appropriate, including educational videos, customer interviews, event coverage, product narratives, and thought leadership content.
- Conduct interviews with customers, team members, industry experts, and the CEO to develop compelling video stories.
- Turn complex AI, software, and financial advisory topics into clear, confident, and engaging video content.
- Own the end-to-end video workflow, including topic selection, scripting, recording, light editing, publishing, repurposing, and performance tracking.
- Repurpose long-form conversations, webinars, customer interviews, and founder-led content into short-form clips and social-first video assets.
Content strategy & execution
- Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned to brand and revenue objectives.
- Create high-impact content across formats, including short-form video, long-form video, social content, written thought leadership, research reports, customer stories, and multimedia assets.
- Maintain and manage an editorial calendar aligned to campaigns, product launches, customer stories, and industry initiatives.
- Translate complex software and artificial intelligence concepts into clear, compelling narratives tailored to enterprise buyer personas.
- Build a repeatable content engine that turns one strong idea into multiple pieces of content across video, social, written, search, and AI-discovery channels.
Brand amplification
- Promote and reinforce Vega’s position as the most innovative technology in the financial advice industry through consistent, high-quality storytelling.
- Ensure all content adheres to established brand guidelines, voice, and messaging frameworks.
- Support executive thought leadership initiatives and industry positioning efforts.
- Help Vega show up consistently and professionally across the channels where buyers, partners, analysts, media, and industry influencers seek information.
Search optimization, performance & analytics
- Ensure content is optimized for traditional SEO, AI-powered search, and LLM-driven discovery.
- Apply structured content best practices to improve visibility in AI-generated responses.
- Monitor emerging AI search trends and evolve strategy to maintain authority and discoverability.
- Measure impact against KPIs including engagement, brand visibility, and share of voice.
- Continuously optimize content for performance and relevance.
Cross-functional collaboration
- Work closely with Product, Client Success, and the CEO to identify insights and stories.
- Interview subject matter experts to develop authentic, differentiated content.
- Interview customers and build client journey and case study content.
- Collaborate with designers and external partners to deliver polished, compelling assets.
Qualifications
- Strong on-camera presence and comfort representing a professional B2B brand in video content.
- Experience creating, hosting, producing, or managing video content for a company, founder, creator, media brand, professional services business, or for yourself.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to brand consistency and quality.
- Experience working with different content editing and multimedia tools, including video editors, visual editors, etc.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills
- Strong project management skills, including working with the Google Cloud suite (Docs, Drive, Sheets) and Slack.
Nice to have

- Genuine interest in artificial intelligence.
- YouTube and LinkedIn expertise and solid familiarity across Instagram and X.
- Familiarity with Figma or other design tools.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms (Hubspot, Sanity).
- Excited to travel a few times per year across the U.S. to meet customers and turn their stories into great case studies and video content.

- You can take one strong idea and turn it into a LinkedIn post, a short video, a YouTube segment, a customer story, and an SEO/AI-search-optimized article.
- You have high standards for brand presentation, but you are not afraid to publish, test, learn, and improve quickly.

The annual base salary range for this role represents Vega Minds’ good-faith estimate of the base salary it reasonably expects to offer for this position at the time of hire. Actual compensation may vary based on factors including the candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and work location. Vega Minds may offer compensation outside of this range in certain circumstances. This position will remain posted until filled.
Annual Salary Range
$70,000 - $120,000 USD
