Content Marketing & Growth Coordinator (AI-Enabled | Real Estate | Hybrid) (Videographer)

Lead Group (powered by Real Broker) is seeking a strategic, AI-enabled Content Marketing & Growth Coordinator to increase authority, visibility, and inbound recruiting conversations through high-signal content.

This is not a traditional social media role. This is a growth and positioning role.

Recruiting is the outcome. Value is the vehicle.

This is a hybrid position based in Odessa, TX, with remote flexibility. The role requires travel as needed to support leadership initiatives, conferences, community engagement, and strategic opportunities, including regional, national, and occasional international travel.

Compensation

$24,000 per year

Key Responsibilities

• Produce 10–15 short-form videos per week
• Distribute content across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
• Create educational, authority-building content
• Position leadership as modern, credible, and forward-thinking
• Maintain consistent publishing cadence
• Develop content around client education, leadership insights, systems and operational leverage, team culture, AI efficiency, and community growth

Creative Ideation & Trend Execution

• Monitor emerging social media trends
• Adapt storytelling formats to leadership and real estate
• Pitch weekly content ideas
• Identify filming opportunities in growth areas, developments, and business environments
• Ensure creativity reinforces authority, not gimmicks

On-Site & Travel-Based Content Capture

• Film leadership meetings and coaching sessions
• Capture office culture and team dynamics
• Document behind-the-scenes systems and workflows
• Attend and capture conferences, leadership rooms, and strategic travel experiences
• Travel regionally, nationally, and occasionally internationally as required

AI & Workflow Optimization

• Utilize AI tools to accelerate production and repurpose content
• Coordinate with virtual assistants when appropriate
• Improve workflows for efficiency and scalability
• Recommend automation tools or system improvements quarterly

Qualifications

Required

• Ability and willingness to travel as needed (regional, national, and potential international travel)
• Ability to film on-site when required
• Reliable transportation
• Strong communication skills
• Self-directed execution
• Organized and deadline-driven

Preferred

• Experience in real estate or related industries
• Short-form video editing experience (CapCut, Final Cut, etc.)
• Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook algorithms
• Experience coordinating virtual assistants
• Working knowledge of AI tools
