We are looking for a dynamic and creative Content Marketing Intern to support social media and website projects for our clients. This role involves content writing, social strategy, and campaign development.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

A. Social Media Management

• Assist in building the agency’s social media presence on platforms relevant to design clients, such as Instagram, LinkedIn, and Behance.
• Generate, edit, publish, and repurpose engaging multimedia content (posts, carousels, stories, short videos) according to an agreed content calendar.
• Support content planning by contributing ideas and helping build a content calendar tied to design projects, campaigns, and industry trends.
• Coordinate with design, video, and web development teams to produce compelling creative collateral tailored for social media and campaigns.
• Monitor competitors and trends to suggest fresh content opportunities and quick-win ideas like polls or collaborations.

B. Content Strategy & Writing

• Assist in developing content ideas, including blogs, case studies, project highlights, and SEO-optimized social media captions that showcase the agency’s expertise.
• Conduct basic audience and keyword research to inform relevant content topics.
• Collaborate closely with design and leadership to translate design work and insights into engaging, publishable content.
• Help establish basic analytics and reporting routines to track content and social media performance, using data-driven insights to refine the strategy.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, workflows, and templates to support scalable content creation, review, and publishing processes.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

• 1–2 years of experience in content marketing, social media management, or a similar role.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with social media tools, CMS platforms, and basic analytics.
• Experience in working with creative/design teams.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
