Content & Marketing Manager

AVIBE is a locally-owned, established web solutions firm seeking an articulate, organized, client-focused Marketing Manager to join our growing team. We specialize in multi-faceted projects, designing and maintaining custom high-end web applications for a diverse range of clients—from small businesses and start-ups to Fortune 500 companies and government organizations. Our first priority is producing top-level web applications while fostering long-term relationships with both clients and employees.

In this role, you will be the voice of the company and our brand. You will build trust with our clients, ensuring they feel heard, understood, and involved in the process. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker and strong writer who thrives in a collaborative environment. You think big picture but pay close attention to details, and you genuinely enjoy helping others succeed. You’re buyer-centric, confident in leading conversations with clients, translating technical realities into client-friendly language, and keeping multiple projects moving forward at once.

Responsibilities

• Manage content and write articles, newsletters, case studies, blogs, and web copy highlighting AVIBE’s expertise.
• Create multimedia content, including short-form videos for all digital platforms
• Capture and edit video clips showcasing team culture, client projects, and product demos.
• Research buyer behaviors to create campaigns and content.
• Track metrics, analyze and report on media coverage, social metrics, and campaign performance.
• Partner with design to align visuals and brand storytelling.
• Ensure all creative assets align with brand standards and are optimized for discoverability.

Qualifications

• MUST HAVE strong writing and editing skills with a passion for translating technical concepts into clear, engaging, written content
• BA/BS in Marketing or related field preferred (relevant experience considered)
• Several years of proven success in creating marketing materials and content in Web Development/ IT (preferred)
• Strong ability to write creative and consistent copy that is SEO Optimized
• Strong eye for good design and ability to direct the design team to create high- performing web-based content
• Desire to work in a team-driven environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
