Position Title: Content Marketing Manager

Reports to: Senior Content Marketing Manager
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Manages projects, content planning, and ensures timely delivery of content, without direct supervisory responsibilities.
Job Scope and Accountabilities:
The Content Marketing Manager drives the creation, production and performance of content that amplifies Kahua’s brand and fuels customer engagement. This role leads content strategy, execution and storytelling across digital channels including web, social, email, webinars and podcasts, to support brand awareness, lead generation and revenue growth. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and strong executor who can manage multiple priorities, collaborate across teams and bring creative ideas to life that connect technology to business impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end production, strategy and distribution of webinars and podcasts, including coordination, logistics and speaker preparation. Focused on driving attendance, engagement and on-demand consumption. Support the development of the content calendar, ensuring alignment with campaigns, launches and business priorities.
- Create and edit high-volume content (blogs, emails, landing pages, social copy) optimized for SEO and AEO performance.
- Manage cross-functional content requests and editorial workflows across Solution Marketing, Product Marketing and Customer Marketing.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to produce campaign assets, thought leadership and case studies.
- Work with internal stakeholders on to support video strategy, scripting, and workflow management
- Measure and report on content performance, using analytics to refine and improve impact across channels.
- Maintain and evolve Kahua’s brand voice and ensure consistency across all formats and audiences.
Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism or a related field
- Strong writing, editing and project management skills with strong attention to detail
Required Professional Experience
- 5+ years of experience in content marketing, editorial production or digital media
- Proven track record of managing content across digital channels
- Experience producing webinars, podcasts, or virtual events preferred
- Familiarity with B2B/SaaS marketing, SEO/AEO best practices, analytics tools and CMS platforms
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to manage cross-functional stakeholder needs
- Experience working with the construction software industry a plus
