An exceptional writer and editor with a strong journalistic mindset—you know how to ask the right questions, simplify complex and technical topics, and tell compelling stories
-
High editorial standards and strong judgment to ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency
-
Fluency in today’s content landscape paired with curiosity about what’s next, from AI-assisted workflows to emerging solutions and platforms
-
A strategic thinker who can translate business priorities, product innovation, and industry trends into cohesive, audience-relevant content narratives
-
A collaborative partner comfortable working cross-functionally across a diverse group of stakeholders, including executives, partners, and customers along with Creative, Communications, International, and Product Marketing teams
Here’s what you’ll be doing:
-
Own the ideation, development, editing, production, and distribution of editorial and marketing content across channels, including website, blog, social, email, video, and events
-
Develop and execute integrated content campaigns in support of driving brand awareness and customer engagement around our company objectives
-
Manage the editorial calendar, defining content themes and topics that align with key narratives, campaigns, product launches, and industry moments
-
Partner closely with stakeholders across the business to ensure content is aligned, consistent, and impactful
-
Champion the Index style guide and ensure consistency in brand voice, tone, and messaging across all content and channels
-
Monitor and analyze content performance, using data and insights to continuously refine strategy, improve engagement, and extend reach
-
Stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and emerging content formats to help evolve our content approach
-
Help establish best practices for content governance and the use of AI tools (for example, ChatGPT, Writer, or Canva AI) to streamline workflows while maintaining editorial integrity and quality
Here's what you need:
-
5+ years of editorial, content marketing, or communications experience in B2B tech, ideally with exposure to ad tech or digital advertising, and a keen drive to stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and ecosystem changes
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with the ability to adapt tone depending on audience and channel
-
Comfort incorporating data and research into content to strengthen narratives with credible proof points and elevate content authority
-
Solid understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and AEO best practices
-
Experience using AI tools in content workflows, with sound judgment around quality, accuracy, and brand standards
-
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while meeting tight deadlines
-
Data-driven mindset with experience interpreting performance metrics and making strategic recommendations
-
Proven ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and influence stakeholders through bold ideas and clear communication
