Content Marketing Manager

Job Summary: The Content Marketing Manager leads content strategy and thought leadership for Leoforce and its sister companies, focused on AI-powered recruiting, workforce intelligence, and the future of talent acquisition. The role is responsible for creating and managing buyer-facing content across the full customer journey, including executive thought leadership, category messaging, and GEO/AEO visibility initiatives that strengthen market positioning, build buyer trust, and support sales effectiveness through both strategic planning and hands-on content development.


Essential Functions:

  • Lead the development and execution of an integrated content strategy that supports product positioning, market education, thought leadership, enterprise demand generation, customer expansion, and executive visibility.
  • Translate complex AI and talent acquisition concepts into clear, compelling content for enterprise buyers across website, campaign, and sales content channels, as well as executive communications and industry thought leadership.
  • Partner with executives and subject matter experts to build thought leadership programs and position Leoforce as a trusted authority in AI recruiting, workforce intelligence, talent acquisition transformation, the future of work, and enterprise HR technology.
  • Create executive points of view, industry trend reports, research-driven content, speaking abstracts, keynote support, and integrated thought leadership campaigns.
  • Lead GEO and AEO strategy to improve brand visibility, discoverability, and authority across AI-powered search environments.
  • Develop measurement frameworks to track performance across generative and answer engine optimization, AI search discoverability, entity optimization, and structured content strategies.
  • Identify and implement AI and agentic technologies that enhance content development, research workflows, personalization, editorial efficiency, topic discovery, and content optimization.
  • Build scalable human-in-the-loop workflows that increase content quality, consistency, and productivity.
  • Partner with internal team members to develop buyer guides, competitive content, industry use cases, solution narratives, customer stories, and sales enablement assets that support commercialization and enterprise selling motions.
  • Incorporate buyer insights, competitive intelligence, industry trends, customer feedback, and market research into content strategy and thought leadership programs.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of four (4) years of relevant experience in B2B SaaS content marketing, thought leadership, product marketing, or related fields.
  • Demonstrated strength in writing, editing, and storytelling across multiple formats and audiences.
  • Ability to tailor messaging and content to engage a variety of audiences, including C-suite and executive stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex concepts into compelling narratives.
  • Experience developing content for enterprise buyers.
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper, or similar platforms to improve content development and workflow efficiency.
  • Experience supporting product launches, demand generation, or sales enablement initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and performance management capabilities.
  • Resourceful problem-solver with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability, with the ability to operate effectively in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.
  • Ability to influence without formal authority.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, including experience working across cross-functional and distributed teams.


Preferred Requirements:

  • AI SaaS or HR technology experience.
  • Experience implementing AI-powered marketing workflows.
  • Experience creating content for SEO and AI-powered search environments.
  • Practical use of agentic technologies and automation platforms.
  • GEO/AEO experience.
  • Executive communications experience.
  • Experience scaling marketing programs in high-growth environments
  • Experience working with global teams, including collaboration across the US, Puerto Rico, Costa Rica, and/or India.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer in close range
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally


Travel Requirements:

  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
