Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Content Marketing Manager with a strong focus on podcast production and book marketing to join our growing marketing team. This role is ideal for a creative storyteller who understands how to build audiences, craft compelling narratives, and amplify thought leadership across digital platforms.

The Content Marketing Manager will work closely with Dr. Solomon Laktineh, Medical Director and author, supporting the development, promotion, and growth of his podcast and upcoming book projects. This position plays a key role in shaping brand voice, increasing visibility, and engaging diverse audiences through strategic content initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute content marketing strategies for podcasts and book launches
  • Plan, produce, and promote podcast episodes, including episode themes, descriptions, and promotional assets
  • Collaborate directly with Dr. Solomon Laktineh to translate medical expertise and ideas into engaging, accessible content
  • Manage podcast distribution across platforms (Spotify, Apple Podcasts, YouTube, etc.)
  • Create and optimize marketing content for social media, email campaigns, and digital channels
  • Support book marketing efforts, including pre-launch, launch, and post-launch promotions
  • Analyze performance metrics to refine content strategy and audience growth
  • Coordinate with designers, editors, and external partners as needed.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in content marketing or digital marketing roles with a focus on podcast or multimedia content creation.
  • Strong skills in SEO, keyword research, social media management, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Proficiency in audio editing software (e.g., Audacity, Adobe Audition) as well as video editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
  • Familiarity with content management systems such as WordPress or similar platforms for publishing and updating content.
  • Expertise in graphic design using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite; knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
  • Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling scripts and promotional copy for diverse audiences.
  • Experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics to monitor performance metrics and optimize campaigns.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail under tight deadlines.
