About the Role
Elite Online Marketing is hiring a Content Marketing Manager to own monthly content strategy and execution across our client portfolio.
- This is a focused role.
- You will manage SEO and sales-driven content calendars across websites and social platforms within our ClickUp project management tool.
- You will utilize or help improve the existing automation and delivery platform
- You will strategize, build and oversee ongoing monthly calendars.
- You will utilize automation workflows to build and trigger monthly content.
- You will ensure content supports real business outcomes unique to each client.
- You will learn and match the brand-voice of each client and adjust content to ensure a perfect match.
You will not manage paid ads, influencer campaigns, or affiliate programs.
This role is content-first and systems-driven.
What You’ll Manage
Each client typically includes:
- 1 to 4 SEO articles per month
- 1 to 4 supporting social posts per article
- Additional posts based on seasonal and promotional content
- Keyword research and content planning
- Utilize automated publishing workflows within Clickup
You are responsible for ensuring content:
- Aligns with client goals
- Matches brand voice
- Positions the client as a subject matter expert
- Is optimized for search visibility
- Is published accurately and on schedule
Core Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
- Build monthly content calendars in ClickUp
- Conduct keyword research using AI + SEO tools
- Develop content angles tied to business objectives
Content Execution
- Write or oversee article production
- Optimize content for SEO
- Review and correct WordPress publishing issues
- Ensure supporting social content is aligned and compelling
Automation Oversight
- Understand and manage workflows in ClickUp
- Use existing automations to increase speed, accuracy, and consistency in your work
- Trigger publishing and reporting workflows as part of monthly execution
- Monitor and catch workflow errors
- Recommend automation improvements as needed
- Collaborate with the tech team to modify, expand, or refine automations that improve efficiency or quality
Visual Asset Oversight
- Generate branded graphics using RenderForm
- Create promotional and seasonal graphics when needed
(Adobe, Canva, CapCut, etc)
- Maintain visual consistency and quality
Tech Stack
You must be comfortable with:
- Project Management: ClickUp
- AI Tools: ChatGPT / Gemini / etc
- SEO tools: NeuronWriter, SEMrush, aHrefs, etc
- Website Publishing: WordPress
- Workspace: Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Docs
- Communication: Slack
You do not need to code.
You do not need to be a designer - but it probably helps.

Compensation
Freelance to start.
Compensation will be structured to maintain margin relative to client retainers.

Pay: $20.00 - $45.00 per hour
