The TraceAir Customer Success organization focuses on all aspects of the customer’s post-sale journey, with a mission to delight our customers, help them achieve success, and create customers for life.
What we do
Today our software guides sitework, so our clients can build on schedule and within budget. Every day across the world, leading industrial, residential, and commercial developers' teams use TraceAir to collaborate. For them, TraceAir is the guiding "single point of truth" that shows and measures daily work progress, helps to optimize the next steps and prevents costly errors.
Work with the Sr. Content Marketing Manager to design, manage, and execute the editorial calendar, ensuring steady delivery and SEO optimization of weekly articles, bi-weekly case studies, monthly research reports, and quarterly industry guides.
Help facilitate the development of the AI Content Engine that is being developed at TraceAir.
Collaborate deeply with sales, product, design, and customer success teams to create high-value thought leadership, campaign assets, trial conversion content, and educational materials for prospects and customers.
Develop compelling copy for web, product launches, email, social, event collateral, and research reports, consistently articulating TraceAir’s differentiated value proposition.
Use proprietary market data to craft branded benchmarks and annual “State of Construction Intelligence” studies that shape industry narratives and drive earned media.
Leverage SEO parameters throughout all content creation to grow organic traffic and first-page keyword prominence by 200%+.
Orchestrate multi-channel amplification—earned media, partner syndication, and speaking engagements—positioning TraceAir leadership as construction data experts.
Analyze content performance metrics (organic visitors, engagement rates, conversion rates) and iterate strategy based on results and sales feedback.
Support go-to-market launches for freemium products and community initiatives such as the annual Construction Visibility Summit.
$65,000 base plus up to 10% annual bonus based on individual and company performance

3+ years B2B content marketing experience, ideally in SaaS, construction technology, or vertical market intelligence.
Highly skilled with AI technologies for content creation and adherence to brand standards.
Proven record managing editorial calendars and producing high-converting assets at scale (case studies, white papers, video scripts, community content).
Demonstrated expertise in SEO strategy, keyword mapping, analytics, and buyer journey content design.
Proficiency in professional writing, editing, and research skills, with a sharp eye for voice, clarity, and industry positioning.
Strong collaboration record with product, sales, design, and success teams to build strategic campaigns and onboarding content.
Analytical thinker able to present campaign results, content ROI, and continuous improvements tied to pipeline outcomes.
Experience with advanced marketing analytics tools (HubSpot CMS, attribution platforms) preferred.
In partnership with Sr. Content Marketing Manager, develop 156-180 content assets published per year supporting targeted pipeline and MQL growth.
