About the Role

Malta Dynamics is seeking a Content Marketing Specialist to own the execution and consistency of Malta Dynamics’ brand voice across all channels. This role is responsible for producing, publishing, and optimizing high-quality content that drives inbound leads, supports sales, and reinforces Malta Dynamics as a leader in workplace safety.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role requiring both creative output and disciplined follow-through. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of maintaining consistent content production without constant oversight.

What You’ll Do

Content Creation & Execution

  • Own the planning, creation, and scheduling of content across all digital channels including website, blog, email, and social media.
  • Write and publish product descriptions, landing pages, blogs, and campaign content aligned with Malta Dynamics’ brand voice.
  • Execute a consistent weekly content calendar with no missed deadlines.
  • Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to translate technical knowledge into clear, compelling marketing content.

Brand Voice & Messaging

  • Maintain and enforce Malta Dynamics’ brand voice across all content.
  • Ensure all messaging aligns with company positioning, product strategy, and target audience needs.
  • Continuously refine messaging based on performance and leadership feedback.

Social Media Management

  • Plan, schedule, and publish content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
  • Monitor engagement and optimize content based on performance.
  • Ensure consistent cadence and professional brand representation.

Email Marketing & Campaign Execution

  • Execute email campaigns and flows using platforms such as Klaviyo, HubSpot, or similar.
  • Develop content that nurtures leads and engages existing customers.
  • Support segmentation and targeting strategies based on audience behavior.

SEO & Website Content

  • Optimize content for search engines to improve visibility and rankings.
  • Support ongoing website updates and content improvements.
  • Collaborate with external partners (e.g., SEO agency) to execute strategy.

Analytics & Performance Tracking

  • Track and report on key performance metrics including traffic, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Use data to refine content strategy and improve results over time.
  • Provide clear, actionable insights on what is working and what is not.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with sales, product development, and leadership to align marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Support sales initiatives by creating content that addresses real customer needs and objections.
  • Coordinate with external marketing partners to ensure alignment and execution.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2–5 years of experience in content marketing, digital marketing, or related field.
  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to write clearly, professionally, and persuasively.
  • Experience managing social media platforms and scheduling tools.
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms (Klaviyo, HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.)
  • Working knowledge of SEO principles and website content optimization.
  • Experience using analytics tools such as Google Analytics or similar.
  • Basic proficiency in graphic design and/or video editing tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.)
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without oversight.
  • Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to enhance productivity and content creation.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in B2B, construction, industrial, or manufacturing environments.
  • Familiarity with Shopify or similar ecommerce platforms.
  • Experience collaborating with external marketing agencies.
  • Portfolio of written content, campaigns, or digital work.

This role is accountable for maintaining a consistent and reliable content engine. Success is measured by:

Work Environment
