Giants Ridge, managed by Guest Services, Inc., is looking for a creative, energetic, and story-driven Content Marketing Specialist to help showcase one of Minnesota's premier four-season resorts. If you love capturing moments outdoors, turning real experiences into compelling visual stories, and being part of a high-impact marketing team – this is the perfect role for you.
In this position, you'll be responsible for producing photo and video content, managing our year-round content pipeline, supporting digital and paid campaigns, and helping bring the Giants Ridge brand to life across every channel. From winter powder days to summer golf rounds, you'll capture the experiences that inspire guests to visit – and return.
What You'll Do
You'll capture and produce high-quality visual content that showcases Giants Ridge across four seasons, managing a steady content calendar and supporting digital campaigns with fresh, optimized assets. You'll participate in on-hill and on-trail activities to authentically capture the resort experience, build a strong library of evergreen content, and collaborate closely with the Director of Marketing and departments across the resort to meet ongoing storytelling needs.
What You Bring
You bring strong photography, videography, and editing skills paired with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite. You're a creative visual storyteller who can juggle multiple projects, stay ahead of digital trends, and produce compelling content in fast-paced environments. You're comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions, participating in skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking, and golf activities while filming, and ideally have experience within a digital marketing ecosystem.
Role Details
This position typically works Tuesday through Saturday during in-season periods, with occasion evenings and holidays for major events. The role requires the ability to work outside for extended periods and handle camera equipment while capturing content in real-time environments. You'll work with professional camera gear, editing software, audio tools, and may need – or be willing to obtain – a Part 107 drone certification.
Why Join Giants Ridge?
At Giant Ridge your creativity becomes part of a destination known for world-class skiing, scenic golf, and unforgettable outdoor adventure. You won't just make content – you'll shape how people discover and connect with the resort. Every season bring new opportunities, new stories, and new ways for your work to make an impact. Plus, you'll enjoy a full benefits package that supports you year-round while you help bring Giants Ridge experiences to life.
