We are looking for a Residential Content Marketing Specialist to join our growing Residential Marketing team! This role will report to the Residential Marketing Manager. The Marketing team is responsible for building marketing materials that translate technical and research jargon into easy-to-understand content for a public-facing, multi-channel platforms. As a Residential Content Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing residential marketing content such as website landing pages, blog posts, flyers, organic and paid social media, case studies, emails, and more. This position provides marketing support to the MN ASHP Collaborative Teams, the Wise Window Hub, the Home Energy Squad team, and other homeowner-focused programs across CEE.

What You’ll Do
Content Development
- Plan, develop, and execute long- and short-form content across multiple channels including website pages, landing pages, blog posts, email automation/workflows, newsletters, flyers, case studies, social media, Google Ads, and more to support residential marketing strategies.
- Develop and manage content calendars to plan, prioritize, and deliver content across channels.
- Translate complex or technical information into accessible, audience-focused messaging.
- Support in the development personas and tailored messaging for residential audiences, including homeowners, renters, contractors, and community partners.
- Ensure CEE and partner branding, style, tone, and accessibility standards are consistent across all content.
- Maintain an inventory of and optimize current residential program materials, selling tools, and messaging.
SEO & Content Optimization
- Partner with the Digital Communication Specialist to leverage and apply SEO and AEO best practices to web content, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and metadata to improve visibility and engagement across residential programs.
- Optimize existing content to improve search visibility and performance.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on channel and content performance to inform ongoing optimization.
- Track residential market trends, audience insights, and competitor marketing efforts, and perform competitive analyses.

Skills & Knowledge We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3–5 years of marketing experience with a strong focus on content development, execution, and performance tracking.
- Written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to translate complex topics into clear, audience-friendly content.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
- Experience using marketing automation and customer relationship management tools such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, and Salesforce.
- Strong collaborative mindset with an orientation toward teamwork, interpersonal communication, and big-picture thinking across departments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Google Ads, Google Analytics.
Compensation
Dependent on qualifications and experience, we expect the pay range upon hire for this position will be $27.5-$29.5/ hour.
