We are looking for a highly capable Content Marketing Specialist & Video Producer to join our team, own the production pipeline, and help us scale our digital footprint.

The Role

We don't need someone to just hold a camera; we need a digital athlete. You will partner with our lead creator to execute a high-volume content strategy. You must be strong enough on your own to take a raw concept, shoot it, edit it, and deploy it across our platforms without needing your hand held. You will own the backend of our social media channels, bring your own ideas to the table, and ensure our content remains the best in the industry while staying true to our raw, authentic roots.

What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• End-to-End Production: Independently shoot "run-and-gun" style video content on the shop floor. You know how to capture the perfect angle of a foam cannon or the satisfying wipe-off of a ceramic coating.
• Rapid-Fire Editing: Edit daily short-form videos (TikTok, IG Reels, YouTube Shorts) utilizing native app styles, CapCut, Premiere, or Final Cut. You understand that pacing, hooks, and audio are more important than cinematic color grading.
• Backend & Community Management: Take full ownership of posting schedules, writing engaging copy, utilizing correct tags/SEO, and actively managing our community in the comments section.
• Analytics & Strategy: You don't just post and pray. You monitor what performs well, bring that data to the team, and pitch new ideas that fit our proven brand identity.
• Asset Management: Organize and maintain a clean digital library of raw footage, audio trends, and finished assets so the team can move quickly.
• Studio & Gear Prep: Ensure lighting, microphones, and camera gear (iPhone 15 Pro, Mirrorless setups, gimbals) are charged, clean, and ready to roll at a moment's notice.

What You Bring to the Team (Requirements):

• Proven Social-First Experience: You have a portfolio or feed showing you know how to build engaging, native-looking content for TikTok, Reels, and YouTube. (Traditional broadcast/wedding videographers will struggle here—we need fast, viral, social-first thinkers).
• Self-Sufficient Execution: You are a self-starter. If the lead creator is busy, you can independently find a dirty car, film a satisfying cleaning video, edit it, and get it live.
• Deep Understanding of the "Hook": You know that the first 3 seconds of a video matter more than the camera it was shot on.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong grasp of mobile and desktop editing software, lighting fundamentals, and capturing crystal-clear audio in a noisy shop environment.
• Automotive Interest: You don't need to be a master detailer, but you need to be passionate about cars and willing to learn the terminology (compounding, polishing, pH-neutral soaps, etc.).
• Low Ego, High Output: You are comfortable collaborating, taking feedback, and leaving your ego at the door. You understand that data drives our creative decisions.
