Liventra Properties L.L.C is seeking a talented Female Social Media Content Creator to elevate our online presence across all platforms. If you have a passion for content creation, social media trends, and storytelling—this role is for you!

Your Role as a Social Media Creator

You will be responsible for:

• Creating engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
• Shooting and editing short videos, reels, lifestyle clips, and property showcases
• Managing daily posting, captions, and trend-based content
• Brainstorming creative ideas for brand growth and audience engagement
• Participating in on-site shoots at luxury properties and events
• Enhancing Liventra Properties' brand image through consistent, high-quality content

Requirements

✔ Female candidates only
✔ Strong knowledge of social media platforms & trending formats
✔ Skilled in videography, editing, and creative storytelling
✔ Confident personality, comfortable appearing on camera (preferred)
✔ Ability to work independently and meet content deadlines
✔ Experience in real estate content is an advantage
✔ Must be currently based in the UAE
