Content & Podcast Intern

We’re looking for a creative and motivated Content & Podcast Production Intern to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities1. On-Camera Content

• Appear in short-form videos, skits, and podcast snippets for social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn).
• Assist with behind-the-scenes or brand-related video content.
• Brainstorm and pitch creative ideas for video scripts, hooks, and trending formats.

2. Podcast Coordination

• Research and identify potential podcast guests aligned with brand themes.
• Reach out and follow up with guests through email and social platforms.
• Manage guest scheduling and logistics using tools such as Calendly, Notion, or Airtable.
• Support with guest preparation, including writing bios, drafting sample questions, and summarizing key insights.

3. Production Support

• Help coordinate shoot logistics—locations, recording setups, lighting, and other technical details.
• Upload and organize content for editors, ensuring proper tagging and version tracking.
• Maintain a content tracker to monitor ideas, shoot progress, and episode releases.

Skills & Qualities

• Confident and comfortable appearing on camera.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable.
• Eager to learn about podcasting, marketing, and digital media strategy.
• Basic familiarity with Canva, Notion, or GoHighLevel (training provided).

Pay: ₹11,972.08 - ₹40,000.00 per month
