We're a cybersecurity creative media agency producing podcasts, video series, and livestreams for leading brands in the industry. Our flagship show, Hacker Valley Studio, has 120K+ subscribers. We tell stories that make cybersecurity leaders look like heroes, and we need a producer who can own the content pipeline from start to finish.

This role is for someone who thinks like a producer first. You understand what makes content compelling, you can make creative decisions on the fly, and you know how to keep a production on track without sacrificing quality.

What you'll do:

• Own podcast and video production end-to-end, from raw recording to final deliverable

• Select the best moments from episodes and shape them into social-ready clips

• Make editorial calls on pacing, structure, and storytelling across formats

• Coordinate with editors, vendors, and specialists to hit deadlines

• Keep clients informed with timely updates and consistent follow-through

• Maintain project tracking, document workflows, and flag blockers early

What you need:

• 2+ years producing podcasts, video series, or similar content

• A strong editorial eye. You know what works and what to cut.

• Experience managing timelines across multiple projects simultaneously

• Confident client-facing communication and follow-through

• A self-directed work style. You take ownership and figure things out.

Nice to have:

• Descript, Adobe Premiere, or After Effects experience

• Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini)

• Project management platforms (Wrike, Asana, Monday)

• CapCut or similar for quick social edits
