Content Producer

Content Producer

Koenreich Enterprises

Full-Time Employee | Remote-First | Dallas-Fort Worth Area Only

Salary: $50,000-$60,000, based on experience

Koenreich Enterprises is hiring a Content Producer to help create the written, visual, and video content behind a founder-led advisory company serving established mom entrepreneurs.

This is not a social media manager role.

This is a hands-on content production role for someone who can write strong content copy, create platform-ready assets, edit short-form video, repurpose long-form content, and help bring a founder-led brand to life across marketing channels.

We are looking for someone who cares about the mission, has strong creative taste, understands sales-oriented content, and wants to help build something long-term.

This role is for someone who understands that content is not just for visibility - it should build trust, sharpen the message, and move the right audience closer to action.

About Kelsea + The Mission

Kelsea Koenreich is a strategic business advisor, speaker, podcast host, and founder of Koenreich Enterprises.

She works with established mom entrepreneurs who have built successful businesses but are realizing that more revenue has also created more complexity, more pressure, and more dependence on them.

The women we serve are not starting from scratch. They have clients, teams, revenue, responsibility, and families. Many built the business for freedom, but somewhere along the way, they became the bottleneck.

Our work helps them build businesses that are stronger, cleaner, more profitable, and less dependent on their constant presence - so they can lead well, serve deeply, make excellent money, and still have a life outside the business.

We believe successful women should not have to choose between ambition and presence, leadership and motherhood, revenue and freedom.

If you are excited by helping create content for a brand that supports high-achieving mom founders in getting their lives back while building stronger businesses, this role may be for you.

Why This Role Exists

Marketing inside Koenreich Enterprises cannot live only in Kelsea's head.

We need someone who can take the strategy, messaging direction, founder voice, podcast content, campaign priorities, and existing ideas - then turn them into content assets that are ready to use.

This role exists so Kelsea is not carrying all content creation herself.

You will help create content that sounds like Kelsea, supports sales, strengthens the brand, and shows up consistently across platforms.

About the Role

The Content Producer is responsible for producing written, visual, and video content assets for Koenreich Enterprises.

You will create content from:

  • campaign briefs
  • podcast episodes
  • voice notes
  • long-form content
  • founder ideas
  • client language
  • offer messaging
  • launch priorities
  • existing brand assets

You will work closely with Kelsea, operations, and eventually the Brand & Growth Lead, who will provide marketing strategy, research, campaign priorities, and messaging direction.

You are not expected to own the full marketing strategy. You are expected to create strong, polished, voice-aligned content that is ready to publish.

What You Will Be Accountable ForContent Production

You will create platform-ready content assets such as:

  • reels
  • short-form videos
  • captions
  • carousel posts
  • quote graphics
  • story assets
  • podcast clips
  • launch assets
  • event promo assets
  • blog or long-form content repurposing
  • social content
  • approved website or landing page content updates in Wix

You do not need to be a full marketing strategist, creative director, technical ads buyer, or full podcast editor. You do need to be a strong creative operator who can take direction, understand the goal, and produce content that is polished, clear, and aligned.

Copywriting

Strong content copywriting is essential in this role. We need someone who can write clear, compelling, voice-aligned copy - not just fill in captions after the asset is made.

You should be able to write captions, hooks, CTAs, carousel copy, reel overlays, story copy, and content drafts that sound like Kelsea and support the sale.

You do not need to own full sales pages, launch strategy, or complete email funnels. But you do need to understand buyer awareness, sales psychology, and what makes content move someone closer to action.

This brand should never sound generic, corporate, fluffy, overly polished, or AI-generated.

Short-Form Video + Reels

  • editing talking-head videos
  • pulling strong clips
  • adding hooks and text overlays
  • using b-roll
  • formatting for social platforms
  • creating simple promotional videos
  • understanding when content should feel relaxed, polished, authoritative, or personal

Podcast Repurposing

  • listening to episodes
  • identifying strong moments
  • creating clips or clip recommendations
  • drafting captions
  • creating quote graphics
  • turning episode themes into social content
  • coordinating with the outsourced podcast editor when needed

Creative Asset Management

  • Canva templates
  • video files
  • b-roll
  • podcast clips
  • launch assets
  • event content
  • brand graphics
  • approved examples
  • content folders

Creative chaos becomes team chaos, so organization matters.

Scheduling + Publishing Support

You may help prepare, schedule, and/or publish content using the appropriate platform workflow, including Metricool or native posting when needed. You should care about details like formatting, links, captions, tags, covers, audio, and whether the post is actually ready to go live.

Filming + In-Person Content Support

This role is based in the Dallas-Fort Worth area only because occasional in-person content capture will be part of the role.

  • quarterly filming days
  • launch filming days
  • event content capture
  • b-roll
  • short-form video recording
  • behind-the-scenes content
  • helping direct Kelsea on camera

What Good Content Looks Like Here

Good content for this brand is clear, intelligent, warm, direct, emotionally resonant, and tied to a real business goal.

It should sound like Kelsea, not like a generic marketing template.

It should help established mom entrepreneurs feel seen, understand the real problem, trust the brand, and take the next right step.

It should never feel like generic motivational content, random tips, Canva-template content, or AI-written advice.

What Success Looks Like

  • Kelsea is no longer carrying content creation alone
  • content sounds like Kelsea
  • captions require fewer rewrites over time
  • podcast content is being repurposed consistently
  • reels, graphics, captions, and campaign assets are created on time
  • content feels cohesive across platforms
  • launch and event assets are ready before they are urgent
  • the Content Producer and Brand & Growth Lead work well together
  • content supports sales, not just visibility
  • Kelsea feels like her voice is understood and protected

In Your First 90 Days, You Will Have:

  • studied Kelsea's voice, content, offers, audience, and brand examples
  • learned what strong, on-brand content looks and sounds like here
  • created repeatable workflows for producing weekly content assets
  • helped organize current content files, templates, b-roll, and approved examples
  • repurposed podcast or long-form content into social content
  • created short-form video, captions, graphics, and campaign assets with increasing independence
  • reduced the amount of content creation and editing that depends solely on Kelsea
  • shown that you can receive feedback and improve quickly

Who You Are

  • a strong content copywriter
  • creative and execution-oriented
  • detail-oriented
  • organized
  • proactive
  • comfortable with feedback
  • strong in short-form video and social content
  • able to write in someone else's voice
  • interested in buyer psychology and sales-driven content
  • comfortable using AI as a tool without letting it replace your judgment
  • excited by personal brands, high-ticket offers, launches, and founder-led businesses
  • able to move quickly without being careless
  • looking for a long-term role where you can help build something meaningful

This Is Not a Fit If You

  • only want to make graphics
  • only want to edit videos
  • avoid writing copy
  • rely on generic AI-generated captions
  • need the founder to give you every idea
  • dislike feedback or revisions
  • do not care about sales psychology
  • create content that looks good but does not support the business goal
  • are disorganized with files, deadlines, or details
  • want a slow corporate environment
  • are not interested in learning Kelsea's voice deeply
  • need someone else to clean up the details behind your work

Experience We Are Looking For

Strong candidates may have experience with:

  • content creation
  • copywriting
  • social media content production
  • short-form video editing
  • reels
  • Canva
  • CapCut or similar editing tools
  • podcast repurposing
  • launch content
  • email/social content
  • blog/content repurposing
  • Wix or website content support
  • AI-supported content workflows

  • high-ticket coaching, consulting, advisory, education, or service-based businesses
  • sales copywriting

  • women entrepreneurs or mom-founded brands

You do not need to be a full marketing strategist, technical ads buyer, or full podcast editor.

  • Google Drive
  • Instagram native tools
  • Metricool
  • Asana
  • Slack
  • Riverside
  • Flodesk
  • Wix
  • ChatGPT / Claude / AI tools

You do not need to have used every tool on this list, but you should be comfortable learning new platforms quickly and keeping digital work organized.
