Content Producer / Content Capture Specialist

Position Overview

The Spa & Sauna Co. is seeking a Content Producer / Content Capture Specialist to help document, produce, and distribute engaging video and digital content across our showrooms, warehouses, and service operations.

This role focuses on capturing authentic footage of our products, technicians, customer experiences, and educational content, and working with modern AI-powered editing tools to transform that footage into polished marketing, training, and support videos.

The ideal candidate is comfortable behind a camera, curious about storytelling, and excited about using emerging technology and AI tools to produce content efficiently.

This is not a traditional film production role. Instead, we are looking for someone who can capture real moments across our business and turn them into compelling content that helps customers learn, engage, and buy.

Key Responsibilities

Content Capture

Capture high-quality video and photo content across the company including:

· Showroom product demonstrations

· Service and repair procedures

· Customer testimonials

· Installation and delivery processes

· Educational “how-to” content

· Promotional and seasonal campaigns

· Company events and team activities

Operate simple production equipment including:

· iPhone / mirrorless camera

· tripods and lighting

· wireless microphones

· basic drone footage (optional)

Video Production

Use modern AI editing platforms and video software to produce:

· short marketing videos

· social media content

· website product videos

· customer education and help videos

· service training videos

· internal training content

Editing tools may include platforms such as:

· Descript

· Runway

· Pictory

· Adobe Premiere or similar tools

Content Planning

Collaborate with the Marketing and Leadership teams to:

· develop monthly content plans

· identify story opportunities within the business

· create educational video series

· support marketing campaigns and promotions

Help create content for:

· YouTube

· Instagram

· Facebook

· website product pages

· email marketing

· internal training systems

Field Production

Travel occasionally between company locations to capture content including:

· Reno / Sparks

· Carson City

· Northern California locations

· Las Vegas

Document:

· product installations

· service troubleshooting

· showroom events

· customer experiences

Content Library Management

Organize and maintain a structured digital library of:

· video footage

· photos

· project files

· finished assets

Ensure content can be reused across marketing, training, and sales

Qualifications

Preferred Experience

· Video production, content creation, or digital media

· Social media video creation

· Basic video editing skills

· Experience with modern editing tools or AI-based editing platforms

Helpful Skills

Photography

· storytelling and interviewing

Within the first 12 months this position will help the company produce:

· 100+ educational help videos

· product demonstration videos

· customer testimonial content

· training videos for service and delivery teams

· marketing content for social media and digital campaigns

The role will significantly increase the company’s ability to communicate visually with customers and support teams across multiple markets.

Compensation will be based on experience and may include:
