Forward Madison FC is searching for an intern to assist and train with our Manager of Digital Content for the 2026 season. This internship will involve photography, videography, graphic creation, and other assignments to promote the team. The candidate will also have hands-on experience collaborating with players, coaches, and the front office. Additionally, interns for the 2026 season will have the unique experience of assisting with the launch of Madison's new W League team in its inaugural season.
Responsibilities:

Assist in designing and developing static graphics for club social and sponsors

Capture, edit and produce photography at team practices, matches, and functions needed to support social and digital media efforts.

Help in the creation of short and long-form video productions, shooting and editing video for club socials and sponsors

Work with the Creative Team to highlight promotions and sponsors both on an individual match and season-long basis, including the fulfillment of digital & social deliverables from sponsor contracts for the sponsorship department.

Cover live events, creating in-the-moment and quick-turn content exclusive to the club’s social media.

Work game days at the stadium and other BSF-produced events occurring in evenings and on weekends

Interview players, coaches, and front office staff for storytelling elements.

Have and maintain an in-depth knowledge of creative best practices and remain at the forefront of innovation for each platform.

Bring creative ideas to the table and communicate them within a collaborative environment.

Participate in scheduled Sports Business courses

Qualifications:

Previous experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, DSLR and mirrorless cameras

Strong project management skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
