We’re looking for a savvy content pro who lives at the intersection of storytelling, strategy, and execution. Someone who knows content isn’t just words on a page — it’s how people experience your brand, whether they’re scrolling Instagram, reading a blog post, watching an event reel, or walking past a well-placed billboard.

This is a roll-up-your-sleeves, chase-the-story, plan-the-calendar, write-the-copy, shoot-the-video kind of role.

As Posture’s Content Producer / Multimedia Journalist, you’ll shape content from the ground up — developing big-picture strategies, writing across channels, and bringing ideas to life in the moment. You’ll work directly with leadership, clients, and our creative team to make sure everything we create has purpose, clarity, and a pulse.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead content strategy across digital and print — from websites and social feeds to brochures, signage, and campaigns
  • Write, edit, and publish content that connects — including blog posts, brand messaging, social captions, email copy, video scripts, ads, and more
  • Build content calendars that balance long-term goals with timely opportunities (and a few fun surprises)
  • Represent Posture and client brands at events — capturing video, conducting interviews, and producing real-time content
  • Pitch creative ideas for posts, campaigns, and stories worth telling
  • Use SEO, platform trends, and audience behavior to guide your work and evolve your approach
  • Collaborate with designers, strategists, and developers to bring content to life visually and digitally
  • Support digital campaigns with ad copy and paid content recommendations

Bonus Points If You:

  • Know your way around paid social strategy, Google Ads, and content-driven campaigns
  • Have experience writing for formats like OOH, video, and marketing collateral
  • Understand SEO best practices and how to build organic momentum

The Details:

  • Experience: 4–6+ years in content strategy, journalism, digital marketing, or a related field
  • Location: In-person in Scranton, PA (hybrid flexibility may be considered, but event coverage and in-office collaboration are part of the role)
  • Schedule: Full-time salaried, base schedule of 9–5 Monday–Friday
  • Flexibility: Occasional evenings and weekends are required for event coverage and timely content opportunities
  • Transportation: Reliable transportation is required for travel to client sites and events in the region
