About The Position?

We have completed videos of many of our pool builds, thousands of professional photos, and a team ready to be on camera. What we need is someone to turn all of this into scroll-stopping content — working directly with our creative lead and ownership.

This is a Content Producer role first — you’ll be working directly with our creative lead on filming, editing, and production strategy while collaborating with ownership to capture the daily reality of running a premier pool company. You’ll also own the social media pipeline end to end: posting, engagement, community management, and platform optimization across all channels.

What Can You Expect As A Content Producer & Social Media Editor With Seasonal World?

· Film daily — job sites, showroom, behind-the-scenes with ownership and crew

· Edit video into Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, “expert authority” short-form and long-form content

· Own social media — posting, uploads, captions, comments, and engagement across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn

· Direct on-camera talent — coach business owners through scenarios, manage shot lists

· Shoot photography — product shots, before/after, lifestyle images for social and web

· Create long-form content — vlogs, YouTube deep-dives, build progress series

· Develop repeatable formats — showroom walkthroughs, consultations, how-to explainers

· Repurpose existing footage — we have years of builds documented and ready to cut

· Assist creative lead with production planning, content calendars, and asset management

What Are We Looking For In A Content Producer & Social Media Editor?

· Video editing proficiency (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut)

· Experience shooting video on mobile and/or camera

· Photography and photo editing capability (you’ll shoot stills alongside video)

· Portfolio showing social-first video content you’ve created AND edited

· Experience directing non-actors — coaching real business owners to be comfortable and compelling on camera

· Ability to work independently — you own the content pipeline

· Reliable, organized, and comfortable with daily accountability

· Valid driver’s license (you’ll be going to job sites)

· A sensor of humor

Bonus Skills:

· Adobe Creative Suite proficiency — Lightroom, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Acrobat are a plus

· Motion graphics capability — Adobe After Effects or DaVinci Resolve Fusion preferred

· Understanding of “authority content” — content that positions business owners as industry experts (think The Jet Business — expert credibility with authentic personality)

· Ability to develop repeatable content templates and formats

· Understanding of short-form video trends and platform algorithms

· Familiarity with construction, home improvement, or outdoor living content

· Drone operation (FAA Part 107) is a plus but not required
