Content Producer, Social & Video (Short & Long Form)

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Content Producer specializing in Social & Video content, both short and long form. In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, producing, editing, and managing engaging multimedia content across various social media platforms. Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and storyboards for short-form videos, social media campaigns, and long-form content that align with brand goals and audience interests
• Manage end-to-end video production processes, including filming, editing, post-production, and final delivery using industry-standard tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe Creative Suite
• Edit raw footage into polished videos that communicate clear messages while maintaining high visual and technical quality
• Write engaging scripts, captions, and descriptions tailored for different social media platforms to maximize reach and interaction
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including marketing, design, and journalism—to interpret content needs and translate them into compelling visual stories
• Utilize social media management tools to schedule posts, monitor performance metrics, and optimize content strategies based on analytics
• Incorporate translation or bilingual skills when necessary to adapt content for diverse audiences across multiple regions

Experience

• Proven experience in video production, editing, and post-production workflows with a strong portfolio demonstrating short-form social videos and long-form digital content
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interpret creative briefs clearly and work effectively within a team environment
• Strong writing skills for scripting, captioning, and storytelling tailored to various social media channels
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop for visual editing and Adobe Premiere Pro for video editing; familiarity with other Adobe Creative Suite tools is a plus
• Knowledge of social media management platforms and analytics tools to track engagement metrics and refine content strategies
• Experience in journalism or technical writing is advantageous for creating accurate, engaging narratives in diverse formats
• Bilingual abilities or translation skills are preferred to support multilingual content initiatives
