Content Producer / Supervisor

We’re Hiring: Content Producer (Arabic Speaker)*

Not a desk job. Not a “post later” role.

This is for someone who knows how to *run a shoot, direct the Videographers, control a room, and bring content to life.*

We’re looking for a *young, dynamic Arabic-speaking Content Producer* to join our team and work directly on commercial shoots across the UAE.

What You’ll Be Doing:*

⁠ ⁠Lead the *flow of the shoot on-site*

⁠ ⁠Prepare *questions, structure & shot lists* before filming

⁠ ⁠Guide clients (doctors, real estate agents, business owners, executives) during filming

Direct and support the Videographers to get the right content as per client requirement

⁠ ⁠Manage *talking-head content* & other formats to sound natural, confident, and engaging

⁠ ⁠Ensure *lighting, sound, and setup* are ready before hitting record

⁠ ⁠Manage client expectations and keep everything running smoothly

What We’re Looking For:*

⁠ ⁠Fluent in *Arabic & English*

⁠ ⁠Strong personality — confident, clear, and well-spoken

⁠ ⁠Understands *content creation, reels, and social media formats*

⁠ ⁠Can *direct people naturally* (even non-camera-friendly clients)

⁠ ⁠Organized, fast, and solution-oriented on set

⁠ ⁠Previous Experience in *agency, media, or production* in same or related role

Have worked with Videographers and Editors

⁠ ⁠Valid UAE Driver's License
