Location: St. Louis, MO – On-site at CN Studios (some work from home)

About the Role
We’re seeking a Content Production Assistant who can balance creativity with reliability. This role involves supporting video and podcast productions, editing in Adobe Premiere Pro and Audition, and producing short-form and behind-the-scenes content for social media. You’ll also help with marketing efforts and networking initiatives to promote CN Studios.

Responsibilities

• Assist with studio productions—camera setup, lighting, audio, and client support
• Edit video and audio content using the Adobe Suite
• Capture and repurpose behind-the-scenes clips and short videos for social media
• Support social posting, scheduling, and light marketing coordination
• Collaborate with the team on creative ideas and production planning
• Maintain organized project files and deliverables
• Represent CN Studios professionally at events and client sessions

Qualifications

• Skilled in Adobe Premiere Pro, Audition, and basic Photoshop/After Effects
• Experience creating short-form or branded video content
• Familiarity with Canva or similar design tools is a plus
• Strong communication, organization, and client-interaction skills
• Reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Calm under pressure and accountable for results
